A Case of Congenital Jejunal Atresia Associated with Malrotation

Abstract

|
A rare case of congenital atresia was developed at jejunum 50em. distal from the duodenojejunal flexure, and accompanied with malrotation.
The markedly dilatated jejunum, ends blindly, and resected, and anastomose to the distal contracted bowel, and then jejunostomy was performed associated with a transanastomotic feeding catheter within distal half of the bowel.
The postoperative course was good and literatures was reviewed.
